Purecare will debut its Refreshing Puffed pillow collection at Fall High Point Market on October 17-21, 2026, expanding the wellness-focused bedding brand's domestically finished assortment at its Phoenix, Arizona campus.

The launch adds pillow manufacturing to a portfolio already anchored by TENCEL™ Lyocell sheet and mattress protector programs that Purecare has carried for more than a decade. With the new line, filling and finishing now sit on a single Arizona site, cutting the offshore cut-and-sew leg out of the pillow supply chain for participating retailers.

What is in the new line?

The Refreshing Puffed collection uses a TENCEL™ Lyocell-blended cover paired with two blended fill options. A cooling shredded foam and Identically Down™ fiber combination carries a $79.97 MSRP. A shredded latex and Identically Down™ fiber version lists at $99.97 MSRP. Purecare has left additional fill configurations open to retailer request, letting accounts tune the pillow for cooler climates, adjustable-loft merchandising or private-label programs.

Why does domestic finishing matter to buyers?

In-house production in Phoenix gives Purecare control over three commercial levers at once: fill weight tolerance, cover construction consistency, and replenishment lead time for stocked floor-ready SKUs. The company is leaning on that control to pitch custom, ready-to-ship programs to mid-tier and specialty bedding accounts.

"Domestic pillow production has been a true gamechanger for Purecare," chief marketing officer Sarah Bergman said. "We're designing custom, ready-to-ship pillow programs for retailers around the country because we can control the quality, inject innovation and hit the price points that our retailers need."

Bergman's comments point to a replenishment model in which retailers receive floor-ready pillows from a US warehouse rather than imported bulk packs, a shift that compresses lead times and lifts on-shelf availability for the Refreshing Puffed SKU set.

How is the cover positioned?

Kelly Crenshaw, senior vice president of product development at Purecare, framed the cover construction as the collection's tactile differentiator.

"This new collection of pillows offers the soft feel of TENCEL™ Lyocell that our customers know and love with a puffed cover that adds a nice cozy, huggable aspect and a dimension and texture that really makes it stand out," Crenshaw said.

The puffed cover construction, paired with an adjustable fill, gives retailers two merchandising axes — loft and feel — within one SKU family.

Where will buyers see the line?

Purecare will show the Refreshing Puffed collection alongside its top-selling sheet, protector and mattress pad lines at the Paramount Sleep showroom, 330 S. Wrenn St., High Point, North Carolina. Market dates run October 17-21, 2026.

What does the move force for sourcing and quality?

The launch consolidates pillow finishing inside Purecare's own US footprint rather than routing production through cut-and-sew partners abroad. Three sourcing decisions follow:

  • Replenishment cycles, fill substitutions and quality claims for the Refreshing Puffed line now run through Phoenix, shortening the chain for participating retailers.
  • Compliance documentation tied to TENCEL™ Lyocell fiber claims and the Identically Down™ branded fill falls on a single domestic site.
  • Retailers using the program as a floor-ready, ready-to-ship SKU set should expect shorter dock-to-shelf windows but fewer offshore substitution options when fill specs shift.

For bedding buyers weighing domestic pillow sourcing against imported alternatives, Purecare's move repositions the Refreshing Puffed line as a custom, ready-to-ship program priced between $79.97 and $99.97 MSRP, with the Phoenix fill-and-finish operation absorbing the supply-chain accountability for the SKU family.
